I have a little secret! Its a secret that everyone knows when I ask them but no-one does much about it if they haven’t been asked!! The secret is; WE ALL KNOW WHAT WE SHOULD EAT BUT CHOOSE NOT TO, we know that we will put weight on if we take in too many carb.’s and don’t expel the energy it has stored for us, we know we shouldn’t drink as much alcohol and we should drink more water but we don’t.
